Looking Good
Hi all, Just a small update. Just got back from the Gym, 20mins Bike. 20mins Cross, 10mins Stepper, 30mins Muscle. Still keeping of the treadmill till i build more strenght in me legs. Still enjoying.

Keeping it going
Well, Its a month since i started and though I'm not running much i think i have made a great start. Considering i have not been to the gym for 18 years, thinks look good. Last night i done 25Min's (10mile) on the bike, 2000m in 9.47Min's (best so far) and 15 Min's on the cross trainer. A month ago i couldn't get near that. I'm laying of the run a Little bit till i get fit.

Update!!
Started a new training regime to give my shins a rest. Mainly concentrating on CV. NO running.
20mins bike. 10mins step, 15mins rowing. 10mins cross trainer. Then 10mins swimming.
